Organisation of studies in March [Update: 05.03]

Following the latest measures taken by the Estonian Government to curb the spread of the coronavirus in Estonia, all Secondary school classes (S1 to S7) will study in distance learning from Monday 1st March to Friday 26 March. Other classes will study at school. Extracurricular activities for Nursery and Primary proceed normally. Aftercare services are provided only to pupils taking part in activities.
Nursery
  • All groups continue following the usual study organisation at school.
  • Extracurricular activities are organised as usual.
  • Aftercare and Precare are organised normally.
Primary
  • For pupils of P1 to P5, the studies continue at school following the respective timetables.
  • Extracurricular activities are organised as usual.
  • Aftercare is provided only for children taking part in an extracurricular activity.
  • Precare is organised as usual.
Secondary
  • All classes (S1 to S7) study in distance learning.
  • No extracurricular activities are organised for Secondary pupils.
NB!
  • Consultations, support lessons and learning activities can be organised at school. Pupils and parents will be contacted separately by the teachers.
  • The school remains open for all members of staff provided that direct contacts are avoided.
  • Please note that all persons need to wear a mask while being indoors (the school can provide masks when necessary). The obligation does not extend to children under the age of 12 or in case it is not possible to wear the mask for health reasons or due to the nature of the activity or other valid reasons.
  • Every person present at school must be healthy. If a person feels unwell during the school day, the school nurse must be contacted immediately!
