I'm Tim, new to this role at TES, but perhaps a very familiar face, having been involved in the school as a parent, and then through many other roles, for the last nine years. I'm excited to become a formal part of the team, even though I have already been made to feel a part of things for a while. I'm looking forward to bringing who I am to the role, to build and work in a great team, to have fun, and to encourage and release those I have the pleasure of working with. And if I can do that with a smile on my face, then all the better!
